Visitors who attend the Inside Welsh Industry events
are looking for inspiration, a new perspective on their business or
they want to benchmark their performance against others. For visitors
who are looking for inspiration – installing new systems or facing operational
challenges Inside Welsh Industry offers an opportunity to learn from
the best practice of other companies in Wales
The Programme provides an opportunity for visitors to listen to hosts
who have improved productivity, and/or increased profit margins and
discover how these organisations have tackled the issues and problems
visitors face on a day to day basis. Inside Welsh Industry visitors
have reaped the dividends of this best practice exchange – outcomes
include: reducing waste, sharing responsibility, increasing output and
ultimately influencing the bottom line.
The report feedback on the programme shows that expectations have been
met and often exceeded. Visitors praised both the content of the visits
and the commitment and professionalism of the hosts. They discovered
that best practice can be transferred across industry sectors – and
produced a two-way exchange between hosts and visitors.
Whether benchmarking their own company’s performance or looking for
something new they could take away and use in their own industry the
programme provides ample opportunity to capitalise on the advice and
best practice showcased.
