Reducing Costs through Environmental Initiatives

This visit has been organised in partnership with Arena Network to offer visitors to Brother the opportunity of taking part in a participative event

Brother Industries UK (BIUK) is part of Brother Industries Limited (Japan), one of the worlds leading manufacturers of electronic business machines.
Based in Ruabon, North Wales, BIUK employ some 160 people in the manufacture of business machines (Fax's, MFC's and Typewriters) and consumables. Since 2003 the plant has pioneered the remanufacturing of consumables for the Brother Group throughout Europe.

Environmental Management
Underpinning all our activities at Ruabon is a care for the environment and the community in which we operate. BIUK have a zero waste to landfill policy and strong waste minimisation program that demand real reductions in the amount of Greenhouse gases we generate.

Terms & Conditions

Price
The price for each visit is £25 + VAT. Confirmation of booking will be sent as soon as we receive your booking and joining instructions for the visit will be sent 10 working days before the visit.

Cancellations
If a cancellation is made less than 10 working days before the visit the £25 fee will be forfeited unless a substitute can be provided.

Visits cancelled by IWI

Should the visit be cancelled by IWI, either at the request of the host company or due to insufficient visitor numbers, we will always do our utmost to find you a suitable alternative. If this is not acceptable to you we will refund the visit fee in full.


Host company right of veto

The host company can veto the participation of competitors or any participant who is not deemed suitable to attend a visit.
