  • Inside Welsh Industry is a Welsh Assembly Government programme
  • The purpose of IWI is to create a visit programme to provide access to best practice in Welsh businesses
  • The programme covers the whole of Wales
  •  
       
     
  • To hold a half day presentation, a tour of the site and a buffet lunch (IWI will reimburse the cost of lunch if required)
  • Provide a relevant photograph of the site, product or staff for inclusion in the brochure.
  • Provide a brief description of the company and its best practice


  • You can specify the number of delegates per visit and you also have the right to refuse any of the delegates attending, for example a competitor. WQC will manage all of the administration activities e.g. marketing, booking, invoicing and registration.

     
       
      Visits start at 9.30 or 10.00 am, and the agenda for the visit depends entirely on the host company but usually follow the following format:

  • Presentations on best practice areas Followed by a site tour
  • A buffet lunch is usually provided
  • The visit ends with an open question and answer discussion session
  • *All delegates complete a feedback questionnaire
     
         
       
     
  • External Best Practice recognition
  • Your Company will be referenced in the publicity materials, which includes the Inside Welsh Industry Brochure
  • You will be featured on the IWI web page
  • Companies who participate in the Project gain from the visit through the experience,insights and feedback from the visitors
